| It has proven to be a whole lot harder to do the tinsle effect then I first thought.
Although a suggestion was made about using rand(255) for the rgb values, the snow looks more psychadelic then it does like tinsle.
The effect I want is each snow should 'blink' white for about 1 second then return to it's normal color. I will keep working on this until I figure it out. |
