| Thought about making Gribbly 3D, not sure how it would affect his handling, but could make for an interesting game. Not sure if Gribbly hopping along the ground would make people seasick....
The coding to move Gribbly around 3D space is quicker and easier than getting him to scroll a screen around. It might make some of my code redundant, so this needs a touch more thought before going on. I'm also crap at graphics, so it's gonna look funky for a while too.
Gotta work today. so won't be too much progress.

| Finally found a new house, with a decent spot for a computer room (6x8 room under the stairs)
Hard part: we need to sell ours to get in.
Worked some on the joystick/inertia routine, it's working okay, still needs tweaking. Should have a smidgen more time now...

| Tweaked the graphics some, the game is now starting to take shape. As this is a clone of Gribbly's I'm debating if I should keep the original music or not.
Still need to add some inertia effects and tweak the scroller.
No work for the next few weeks as one gets ready to sell his house. |

| Got some graphics done, not outstanding by any means, but enough to work with.
Toyed with the idea of having a parallax scrolling backgroup, I might just have Gribbly's island in space.
The scroller is coming along, it argued about things once or twice, but is running quite smooth.
Just realised I need to code for Keyboard and Joystick, back in the 8-bit days everyone had a joystick.....

| Decided to take the plunge and work on something graphical with Blitz.
While playing with my C64 Emulator, I remember about Gribbly's Day Out done many moons ago by Graftgold Games, so I figured that's a decent project to start on.
At this point I have Zilch done, not even any basic graphics.....
