"Get future time", by dabz

getFutureTime$(time$,hour)
time$ - parameter must be in the format HH:MM:SS
hours - Adds the amount of hours to the time passed through the 'time$' parameter

Returns a string in the format HH:MM:SS with the added hours added!!! :D
